Hawai’i
a century of Siblings
born of Fire and Earth
from the depths of Night
stretching thru the unseen
towards the distant
smile of the Sun
to buss Lower Heaven
and clasp their spirits
as Bouquet of Southern Sea
recall vortex
for a moment
I might recognize
a bouquet of reality
when eons of Yesterdays
flourish’d
till I awake
to a prolong’d sleep
submerg’d
in the Now
of mystifying dreams
and no longer
Myself
Sunset
drifts Eventide
across a narrowing hall
of the Sea
her own shadow
her own reflection
her own light
to follow
whose last cinder of breath
will fall into dream
o’er brink of the World
brook
be drawn our eyes
to thy voice
a caravan
of seemingly diverse chatter
but spellbinding
to our sanity
with wondrous reverie
Olden Love
another seasons of four
have we shar’d
be the fog
thicker
the sidewalks
more uneven
our thoughts
often lost in thought
yet whenever I feel
the lifelines
of thy fragile hand
with mine
‘tis yesterday’s light
I behold
in that fairest of faces
drags and drinks
she sips between tokes
contemplating life’s issues
it’s her happy hour
Crane of Paradise
Seductress
of eyes athirst
of lovers faithful
to Truth
of ideas embracing
wherefore of Life
