Elf

be parasol my wand

with a twirl
with a song
enhance my steps
the concord
the beauty
surrounding me

while reflects Nature
my smile

Tree Sense

arbol spirits
sharing conversation

with root’d neighbors
and their fertile feet

with the heavens
on current events

with human eyes
some with a glance
others in captivation

seemingly silent
yet awake
and beyond
ordinary

Nature’s Calendar

a notch
for every age

with stories
known and unknown

a guess
from th’ evidence

imagination
from what’s missing

receptivity
of Her beauty

Brood for Thought

no despondence
over Future’s passing

a forecast riddle
a draw on a chess board
between faith and science

part of unborn Time’s evolution?
or gangplank into Nothingness?

best not to cerebrate
best to live for living

Tapestry Way

sauntering
th’ early evening

I am arous’d
by the beams
of sand
and sea
and sky

wishing
ere the sun sleeps
this moment
for the world
